Microsoft Does It Again!

Learn how Microsoft just made Bill Gates richer, and the rest of us poorer!
My wife just returned from Singapore, where she participated in the launch of Microsoft's new operating system, "Vista". It's quite clear, now, how Microsoft is about to make all of our lives miserable. It seems that files created in Vista will not be readable in Windows, without a special reader, which will not allow you to make any changes. As a result, all of us that share files across the planet will be forced to convert to Vista, just as soon as one or a few of our correspondents buys a new PC, which will come with Vista already loaded.
So much for all of those Wall Street pundits, who said that businesses will not change to Vista so quickly. No one will have any choice!
The one thing we know for sure, at this time, is that Microsoft just made the rich man much richer! I hope he can afford to cure all of the ills of the World, because the rest of us are going to be too busy dealing with the inevitable crashes of our businesses to worry about it. |
